There are 3 usage of Epistane, 3. alternative is the best in my view for health ! use Epistane and doesn't metter anything.
Healthy usage !
2 on/ 2 off usage but only 3 dosages per week, so;
Cycle ( 2 week on 2 weeks off and then 2 week on 2 week of )
If yo need to usage for best result
1. methode of www.epistane ! with PCT and Liver supoort

PCT is "6-oxo extreme" (best in my view)
Liver support is "Liver Defense Planetary" cheap and okey for Milk Thistle.

If anyone suggest for new or best product usage with Epistane? please write down for help.
I am on 2. week I eat more because my body needs and hardly pushing me too much more eat, so I thing will be good.I usage Dr.D pulse method looks health and good, so I will use second cycle with same cycle "Dr.D pulse method" does not matter PCT or liver support !!
