Ive taken this stuff at 8 pills a day which is the suggested "accelerated weightloss" dosage. I gotta say im very disappointed, i really wanted this stuff to work. My diet and excersise plan were perfect, i had one cheat day a week and the rest of the week i survived on chicken and raw vegetables. But back to this supplement, it DID NOT help my weightloss in any way. My average weightloss was three pounds a week, which is normal for the diet without the pills. My body usually responds to these weightloss drugs ive taken venom 3.0, leviathan, and ergo pharms amp. I had great results with these products, but not atro phex. LAME |
