Let me tell you that this product is legit for people who are trying to gain muscles quickly. I went from 175 lbs to 188 lbs and increased my reps in nearly all the workouts. I was 22% bf and i am now 17 bf% keep in mind that i ate right and workout alot including cardio 30 mins three times a week. Side effects is very little except that i felt in the end of third week that i am nipples started to grow, i never had gyno in my life so i don't know if that was the start of gyno symptoms, i didn't feel any tinderness or hardness, i just felt it is getting longer a bit maybe it is because my chest expanded from 38 inches to 42 inches. My back started to hurt alot and still hurts now while i am on my PCT.
I took 2 caps everyday until the end of my third week.
Overall, i will take this product again especially since now i feel i lost alot of strength while i am on my PCT. |
