Though I haven't tried many gainers, I can say that this is thus far my favorite out of cytogainer, optimum pro complex gainer, and the cheap GNC kind. It's most notable attribute is the mixability -- it mixes SO well you never (and I mean never) get clumps.. even when I use a small amount of water and a spoon. The nutrition profile speaks for itself (great great great). And it's a good price. My only critique is that I tend to like a little more sweetness -- its very very tastey but a tiny bit of added sweetness really makes it perfect.. i add a packet or two of splenda and it's out of this world. Superb gainer. |
