Recently finished a bottle.
I applied 4 pumps the first week, and then 8 pumps to finish every morning straight after shower.
Application was like a peppermint burn.
Smells like petrol, not exactly but you get the idea.
Always flaked, maybe my skin didn't absorb it well.
By flaked I mean when rubbing in the liquid small balls of rubber were left on my hands and abs.
Applied only to abs and love handles.
Effective?
Well, at first, visually felt like it worked.
Skin tightened.
Diruetic effects.
I didn't expect an miracles.
However, the money spent was not worth the effort or results.
I'm an active martial artist of 10 years.
I have been training 5 times a week for 2hrs each time.
Recently added weights 3 times. So I'm very atunned and aware of my body and how it responds.
I was also on a cutting phase and used it on a EC and low cal diet.
Verdict. Na, one bottle did very little for me - not impressed. I tried but felt like I'd wasted my money. |
