I figured out how to mix this stuff. YEP. Last night I took about 8 oz of crystal light (lemonade) in a water bottle and put in 5g of BCAA powder, shook it a couple times, and wham-o, mixed perfectly. I also mixed it with my Beverely glutamine select for extra BCAA and that worked great too. I can't explain why the powder mixes with crystal light or the Beverely products, but it does. You should be sipping the BCAAs througout your workout and use as much as you can afford.
