Excellent for post workouts. Does the job and that's what counts. I've tried Vitargo and that too is an excellent product. However, why pay a lot more when you can get 'In my opinion' the same results for a lot less money. I recommend this to anybody out there who needs to replenish those glycogen stores to the max after a hard intense workout.
