great deal here. i'll break it down for those who don't know:

1 TABLESPOON = roughly 5.65 grams of BCAA's

to calculate your daily intake multiply .17 x LeanBodyMass.

for example 200 lbs x 15% BF= 170 LBM. 170 x .17= 28.9 grams of BCAA's

this should be taken daily, broken up throughout the day (morning/before,during,after workout/ before bed)
