OK I have a few things to say about this product. I've read alot of reviews that this stuff mixes way better than Optimum whey. Fist off let me say I think it's probably about the same, actually OW is a little better for me when I mix with skim milk in a shaker. It could be different with water, but I haven't tried with water yet. Secondly, this shit is twice the price of OW. However, the amino acid content seems higher than most proteins and the taste is amazing, if you like sweet/chocolate. I happen to be a chocolate lover so its great for me. Overall I'm still giving it 5 stars because I think the product itself is worth it. I will forewarn you about the price though as one tub will only last a couple weeks using 2 scoops/day. But if you got the money, seems a worthy product. |
