Good Things:I am 6'5" and always had a belly, took me from 260 to 190 like overnight.
Bad things: Cocoamine can be damaging to serotonin receptors (or something like that) in the brain after long use. Use sparsely and be careful of longterm use (not that you will need to). It did give me evening depression sometimes (maybe bc I have no g/f though). It also seemed to make me lazy. (I stopped running daily but maybe its just a coincidence if others didn't experience this)
To bad there is no way of using the 'scientific method' on this site to figure out what causes what (hint to BN: time for a site update)... |
