Put on 6 pounds on my first bucket, but work hasn't let me hit the gym as much as I should be lately. The taste is best by far. Not a super sweet chocolate cake batter flavor, more like a mild ovaltine/quik chocolate. It's just something that doesn't get disgusting after a few weeks of large shakes.
