Yes, this is good sh*t. When I take it, I get very chatty and in such a good mood. The day that they make this illegal (hopefully not!) is the day I buy $500 worth. It takes me about 2 hours to feel it. I've taken more than 1/4 teaspoon, and I felt drunk, and a little dizzy, so watch your dosage.
