My two cents :
I stack Phenibut with Piracetam and Choline per the advice of a friend. I usually dose around 2.5-3.0 grams and I weight about 180 lbs. This is plenty and really less is more with this stuff. I had to learn the hard way that just slightly to much and you are in for a rough next day. However, at the right dose this is amazing stuff. Start slow! The next day you feel great, refreshed, and focused. Also, if you are taking more than 2 times a week at this dose then you are just wasting it because there is a wicked tolerance that develops. Great for recovery from a brutal workout, a long hike, whatever. Assists in getting deep sleep necessary for muscle growth and mental health.
Use responsibly, in moderation , in short frequency, and everything will be fine.
