For me, mid day shakes come down to "can I get it down quick" at work in a shaker cup.
This does it for me. I noticed a vast improvement in gains when I added these shakes into my diet.
Now a full dose is not always the best thing every time, so I mix 2 scoops of this strawberry with a scoop of Champions Pure Whey Banana and it is awesome with either milk & water or just Ice and water.
