I take a level teaspoon of Phenibut along with a level teaspoon of Piracetam in a glass of Crystal Light Lemonade to mask their bitter taste. It's lowered my blood pressure (yay!), I enjoy music a lot more, and I'm a lot more sociable with everyone. It doesn't seem to be habit-forming at the dose I'm taking, as I've skipped weekends and other days and have had no bad side-effects.
The best part of taking Phenibut in the afternoon is that I sleep really good at night, and I'm in a smooth, mellow, social mood all the next day. Phenibut seems to work best the day after you take it, so if I was to do something stressful, I'd take Phenibut the day before. It also seems to cancel some of the side-effects of stimulants, like caffeine. The stimulants still work, but I don't get jittery or edgy. I think that's a great benefit. I take Redline syrup in the morning, and Lipo 6 gelcaps at lunchtime, and I can do my workouts with ease, but I feel relaxed.
