I hated this product. I had an allergic reaction that made my skin blister and turn red. I'm never allergic to anything, so I was shocked by the reaction. I stopped taking it, and within hours the skin rash was gone.

I would recommend just a Milk Thistle supplement, as that didn't have any adverse reactions for me.
