Awesome product, but you have to stick with it. 1 tub didn't really do anything, took at least 2, probably 3 to get anything serious but the muscle I've gained on it didn't disappear after a month long break. Good stuff and great taste (I've had both vanilla and chocolate). The vanilla mixes well with pretty much anything. I've since switched to Serious Mass but only because cal/ serving seems a lil cheaper. I'll switch back once I can afford this again.
