This is not gonne give you muscle but after using this for atleast 4 days.
I sleeped so deep and well rested with only 6/7hours.
normal i sleep 7 hours and i feel mostly of them time so tired and depressed of lack of good sleep.

Also my skin get very good looks. my scars getting smaller,acne disspear.

My hunger was more under control lost 2 pounds of fat and i didnt even eat clean.

Got more energy over the day.

my dosage was first week 4 caps a day 2 morning/1 afternoon/1 evening.

i give this a 5 star only for good sleep i buy this product.


because i only used 1 bottle 1 year ago was because of high price in the netherlands it cost about 60 euro its like 70 dollar to expensive for 1 bottle so i quit.like most products are 2times more expensive.

Thanks to 1fast400 i get this stuff much more cheaper like other products.
