I would recomend this to anybody. I had read that if you are bulking, that you don't really need to supplement BCAA's and that you get all you need from the Protein shakes. Now that may or may not be true, but after I ran out, I didn't order any more and just drank the shakes. I did a leg workout on Saturday and chest on Sunday. Today (Thursday) is the first day I can stand up or sit down without my legs killing me and my chest finally feels almost normal. While I was taking the BCAA's, the next day my muscles would be sore, but the second day after, they would be almost fully recovered. I had been taking them so long, I forgot how it was without them.
