I will post my results as I go through the 20 day kit. I am currently on my second day, but day 1 I noticed extreme hunger about 2-3 hours after taking the first dose and excellent sleep on the first night. However, keep in mind I was taking the CMZ as well, so that may be helping with the sleep as well. I actually woke up even hungrier than I went to bed. I will update my review every few days,but I wanted to give my initial feedback as I start the cycle.
