These bars taste great! Only drawback I see is 20 grams of protein... but if I have it with a small glass of milk or with a couple drinks from a protein shake it will be around that 30 grams mark that I like. But, they are moist and chewy, not dry at all. Low in fat only 7 grams total, and only 24 carbs... not too bad. Good Bar, espcially for the price!
