Ok, I have been taking it for a month now. I take choline, and acetyl-carnitine with it. Alone, this product is very effective. I have been epileptic for 8 years now, mildly that is. My cognitive function has been affected by my epilepsy.
I get anxiety, deppression, and stressed out sometimes. This drug will make your cognitive function more clear and calm. I really like the effects of this drug along with other nootropics. I have to say also that I had a little drinking problem over the last few years. As this product claims....It has been used for addicts. I honestly don't drink much at all, and I turn it down.....Wierd!
This stuff....I have to give a big 5 thumbs up...Great also for weightlifting! Takes stress away and you feel focused, and level headed. One day I didn't take it...and I noticed a big diff.

phenibut is good too, but very strong. Caution when blending nootropics together, for they will synergize each other and be more effective. I find taurine to be great with it, for anti-fatigue.
