This is part of my pre/Post workout drink. Pre-workout = 1/4 tsp Carnitine, 1/2 tsp CEE. Post-workout = 1/4 tsp Carnitine, 1/2 tsp CEE, 1 scoop of Whey protein...blend, drink. Taste like ass but easilly can be masked and very easy to get use to. Powerful anti-ox as well.
