yea they gave you everything. every bulk poweder has a different density. and the back of every bulk powder you buy from BN they will give you a weight per 1/4 teaspoon. the phenibut powder is 720mg per 0.25Tspoon. it also tells you the serving size. i usually find the dosages only by typing in XXXXXX dosage in google.com.........but as for all supplements, people take different amounts. from the reviews i read.....people who bought this write that they take an average of 1-2 grams of this stuff per dose. i read on another site that one person took 15gs and another took 12g. eventhough the dosage on the back of the BN Phenibut contianer said 400mg, i decided to take more.
anyways, today is when i got my phenibut. i took some the first thing i got it. the effects were amazing, i bought the small one (30g) because i wanted to test the effects of it. when im done getting stonned on this, i will prolly buy the 100g one, or even maybe the 500g. but a 1/4 teaspoon as a first dose will b perfectly safe. thast is what i reccomend for the first dose. |
