This product is great. The taste is incredible and the results are the same. The results are great even when i dont take it the recommended way. I use ON 100% whey in the mroning, Cytogainer after working out, and ON again before bed. I dont use it the recommended way to conserve it so i dont have to break the bank. Since using these two supllements i have put on 6 pounds of pure lean muslce in about two weeks. I am very pleased and will stick with this. I also plan on using CEE by 1fast400.
