Been using for months now. I like to take it for 5-6 days and go off for 1-2 days. This way I give my biochemistry a chance to recoup a little. I stack it with choline citrate, taking a heaping teaspoon of each in the morning. I mix it with 4 ounces of water and let it sit for 5 minutes and it completely dissolves, then I drink it down. I actually have grown to love the taste but I still have fun telling people to "try this" and watching their faces cringe up with the realization that they have never tasted anything so awful before in their lives. I take another heaping teaspoon in the afternoon, usually with ginkgo and vitamin C. That stack will really get your brain pumping and I recommend that if you try it you do it where if you need to bug out a little it will be okay. Well, in conclusion I say you shouldn't try this and you should stay away from it. Here's why, if you're stupid it is not going to make you smart and if you're smart you won't get smarter. You're sense may be heightened and if you take it we'll just have more aware stupid people and more overly pretentious smart people in the world which will piss me off. |
