today i took a whole pill. i took it at 1:00 pm. i don't start getting hungry until around then. it doesn't make me at all jittery , which is a first for me. i feel slightly depressed and slightly aggitated with this product , but not enough to really matter. i have alot going on in my life right now , so it may not be the pill at all. having said that , i am very pleased with this pill. i still have a very small appetite , but i eat very little and feel like i ate alot. it gives me great control over sweets and carbs , which is my down fall. it didn't keep me awake . as a matter of fact , i get rather yawny with venom. if anything it makes me a little sleepy. i don't get a rush with this , or cottonmouth. one pill does me all day and i am still not hungry when it wears off. this is the best diet pill so far that i have tried. i hope the effects don't start to wear off. i am usually very sensitive to stims , but not with this. i guess it affects everyone differently , but for me it is a great product. will keep you updated. |
