Stuff works. I took 2 regular Blue Up in the morning and then 2 stimulant free in the evening.

Increased libido was main sign of testosterone increase. I haven't been lifting recently so can't evaluate muscle building aspect.

4 stars because it works; wasn't spectacular but will use again.
