I didn't buy this for weight loss specifically. I was going through the redline RTD's on a daily basis and figured this was cheaper. Taste like crushed aspirin and Nyquil, but it works. And don't try to mix it in with your creatine, sport drink, etc. It will make the whole thing taste like crap. Good energy rush to start your workout. Doesn't last too long though, atleast not on me. But it's cheaper than any energy drink I know of.
