ZMA Review by TommyBoyL

I just received the Primaforce brand not too long ago so I can't say anything for BN's brand but ZMA seems to work in such a short time, I wake up feeling more refreshed than I usually do and I think this has an effect on my fitness/h2h training. My sleep has improved, feel a little more horny my dreams are a lot more "lucid" and weird but this works to my advantage because I'm a digital illustrator/concept designer so I remember them and sketch out what I dreamed that night, sweet right?.
