This is a great way to save money on what i consider the supplement of the year for 2006.
BA in this bulk powder form is easy to take by mouth as it is not a foul tasting item...I've been chasing it with water about 15-20 mins before meals...at a 2 gram dose I notice the tingle flush effect, but its minor and short lasting. Currently taking 5 gram dose daily (divided 2g/2g/1g for personal convienance, although 4 divided doses during the day is recommended)...started 10 days ago and already noticing the positive effects of reducing H+ fatigue in muscle. May even move to 6g daily...but research indicates more than that is likely not beneficial. Minimum effective amount suggests 4g divided daily.
