I just got my first bottle. Seems like a great deal $ wise. Dosage is strange. Directions say to dump the powder in your mouth and chase with water. This doesn't work well. Forget mixing it with water either. You have to just dump it your mouth and eat it. There isn't much Glutamine per dose, but plenty of BCAAs. Will use as anti-catabolic before cardio first thing in the morning. You could get the same product in pill form--which would be easier to consume--but more expensive. I recommend this product stricly for economical reasons. |
