Review:

I wana give you an honest review on this, that kid is dumb and just bored, so dont worry about him, i agree with all of the statements made before me, but higher demand would actually make this product's price skyrocket, but im sure that this site and optimum nutrition have deals made to make this cheaper, any wayz, this supplement actually does work, i will be ordering my 3rd 10 pound bag in a few minutes, i also have gone through about four 5 gallon tubs of it, this is over a year or so, i use alot of it, and it does do its job, i started at 315 pounds, i lost 95 pounds in the process by including this protien supplement in my diet, also, over this course of a year, i started with a 295 pound bench, and now am up to 375, a 315 pound deadlift, now a 455 pound, alot of that has to do with how hard i worked and that im a natural athlete, another has to do with the effectiveness of this product, i really dont know what i would do without this protien, i actually did think about switching over to CytoSports whey 10 pound bucket full of it becasue i do hate pouring all of the protien out of this bag into my empty 5 pound jugs, but really honestly, i would rather spend 48 dollars and get 24 grams of protien as opposed to 18 grams of protien per servings. and i also like the aminogen that is added to this whey, so to help that kid out that doesnt like this supplement, if you want best results, take a creatine supp an hour before you lift on an empty stomach, then like 20 minutes before you lift pound down a why shake in water, i use 2 scoops becasue i am now bulked up to 240 pounds, and then lift, then when your done take another serving of creatine on an empty stomach along with tons of simple carbs, then 20 minutes or so later, when you feel the sugar rush, take another whey shake in water, this will get your gains kick started, you also have to lift hard and train right along with balancing your diet to get enought protien intake throughout the day, its a long complicated process but after awhile its cake and easy to do, so just keep working kid, and for all of you out there, please take my advice and dont buy muscle tech or any other expensive whey when you have a good quality why right there that works, thanks, and i hope this helps you
