I was very skeptical about this when I first saw it but I tried it anyway. I just completed my first 4 week cycle stacking it with 4AD. I have noticed that my workouts are stronger and my muscles feel harder. I have not noticed any size increase but several folks at the gym have told me I look leaner. So so far so good.
