Wouldn't reccomend this outdated garbage to anyone. The actual nutrition info is a lot different than what's posted on the website here. All the minerals are in the form of oxides and sulfates, not amino acid chelates, which means poor absorbancy. There are very low amounts of magnesium, copper, chromium, and they're in forms that cannot be very well absorbed into the body. There's an outrageously high level of calcium, which will inevitably create a nutritional imbalance over time. The various herbs and performance optimizers look decent, so it might enhance your workout itself, but do not take this as a multivitamin if good health is something you have in mind. |
