This is very good stuff, just don't get carried away.
It will allow you to be more relaxed in stressful situations for sure.
I've also noticed something else interesting. It is a well know fact that doses of Gaba can stimulate release of HGH, and I am starting to wonder about Phenibut. I took it at a low dose for around 10 days straight, and noticed a tremendous urge to eat. Then on arm day, I was able to work out curling 140 for sets of 10, and normally I do 120???
I give it a big thumbs up for sure, and would like to see a study on how it effects GH in the future. |
