i personally have not taken this stuff, but let me tell you, i love the people who complain about not getting results and blame it ont he supplement, u dont think that it is because u didnt eat right? sleep right? lift enouhg or properly? or get your proper nutrition? it isnt the supplement that sucks my friends, it is ur knowlege of sports nutrition, get ur diet in check, and the other thigns i mentioned, and then u supplement, not before and expect it to be a magic powder, cause its not, its just a helpfull tool for people who havfe done all they can to get big and need a little bit more edge |
