I've been working out religously for about ten years and have realized this is a great product. I tried this product for the first time in August 2006 and have been coming back and buying more bottles. I have not felt any side effects such as depression. I've been using this product on a cutting phase and have been amazed how lean I look and how I was able to keep my muscle Mass. Not sure if it due to this product but I don't think I would of done it without it. Veins are popping out everywhere, shoulders are becoming ripped. I've never been this lean before. The workouts are just great with this supplement. I just bought 4 bottles and at 10 bucks, you can't beat it. I stacked this with Dymatize Expand and Ripped Fuel/Lipo 6.
