But if thats wshat youre tying to get out of the product, then to make this into a gainer blend up about 8tbsp of peanut butter in some milk with carbo gain. You can adjust the amount of cals and carbs to what you need. And yo ucan sweeten it up with choc syrup-tastes like a reeses cup. |
