can't say that i know this stuff is working at being anti-catabolic- i can say that it works at blowin my colon out. this was the first glutamine product i've tried and i guess i'm one of the people who are gastrointestinally sensitive to it. I'm not trying to be gross, I'm just suggesting that if you are new to it don't take more than 1 pill a day for a few days until you know how you respond. i have bought many NOW Foods supps and i think they offer competive pricing and reasonably good product quality. |
