CLA is good stuff. 3 grams CLA and 3 grams high quality fish oil per day works very well for me. I like now's molecularly distilled or spectrums fish oil, both are very good.
Wanted to post some real research in case the deuchebag below scared anyone from taking CLA.
This is a year long study with a 180 and subjects showing significant decreases in fat mass and increases in lean body mass and non significant changes in HDL:LDL. Using a 50:50 cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 blend. http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/reprint/79/6/1118
A- nother study showing that use of only the tran-10, cis-12 isomer increase LDL:HDL ratio. Not good. But use of soley the cis-9, trans-11 decreases LDL and Increases HDL. GOOD.
