I have been under a lot of stress lately from all angles and my circadian rythm has no rythm whatsoever anymore. I have a terrible time sleeping at the reccommended hours due to severe anxiety and constant dwelling on my situation. I take 4 caps (1 gram) of phenibut on an empty stomach, about a half hour before I lay down and I have no trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. The best thing about it is the positive mood enhancement that I feel when I wake up the next morning.
