week 1 is in the books. i'm giving this product a 3 so far...i gained 2 extra reps with 225 on my bp(may have just been pushing harder). i've put on 5 pounds, but my diet has been very loose, caloric comsumption is HIGH, which may be attributed to the slight increase in strength. i just started the clenbuterol, so the weight gain should subside. i've noticed a substantial increase in aggression and attidude, and can already see some bloating in my facial region(again, may be from the loose diet and extra sodium). i'm looking forward to week 2, usually the make-or-break week for these types of supps. my workout is a powerlifting/bodybuilding hybrid, pushing big weights in the gym and getting substantial amounts of both carbs and protein. i'll give another review in a week. |
