Changing my opinion. I previously used ALCAR as a part of a "nootropic" stack, which was stupid to think would actuall work. Now I'm using this as part of my contest cutting regimen @ 1g twice daily. Can't specifically pinpoint this as being the definitive cause, but it certainly has helped me drop weight. The science behind carnitine supplementation is good and cycling this 3 weeks on, 1 off keeps it's lypolitic effects going. Great product, will definately use if I ever cut again ;-)
