Ive been taking redline for about 4-5 weeks. Ive seen some good results and the energy boost it delivers is really impressive. Im not as inclined toward it as other ppl have wrote. I havent had a drastic energy jump but it was fairly noticible. A few times i took redline right before i ate or had my shake, and it just tore me up. I was nauseous all throughout my workout and then finally puked in the lockerroom.
Besides from that i like how fast it works, becuase i can take it 15min before my workout and by the time im in the gym i can feel myself getting in the mood to lift. Plus the focus and awareness is really nice, each set just seems easy and more beneficial when i take redline. |
