OK, five for the taste and the "on the go" packing.
Two for the cost per serving size.

I'll give it a Four.
Would get a five if it was less money, but it is very good for early morning to get some "transparent protein" in the system to stop catabolism and start nutrient flow.

IDS makes really good stuff in my experience. If the 40 gram size is close to the same price, it's a five. Look for it soon.
