this rocks because i can do a lot more and can do everthing heavyer each training

later when i mixed with swolev2 my arms getting harder later also added nutrious damn hard pump my total up body feels pumped up after the training cant move much because everthing feels so damn hard

i give this a 4 star because this stuff dont has a good taste like all said it nasty but ill used it because it work so good on your training and gives your more energy
