Psyllium Husk is a great way to up your daily fiber. I add it to my protein shakes and it helps thicken it a bit. If i may say you get some nice dumps and it cleanses your colon. I make sure to get more husk in my diet if I'm haven't been eating much fiberous foods, on a low carb diet or restricting calories. This isn't one of those products that may or may not work for someone...it's a product you can't deny. |
