Just got a 10lb rocky road today. taste is ok, but taste concernse takes a backseat to affects any day. will c how it works and post if i made any gains later. but yesterday i went to costco and find a diamond in the rough. its called prorated proten and the thing is 6lb, 27 g protein per serving with 78 serving. it also has WPI and Hydrolyzed protein. i compared its amino acid profile with ON's and it had more of every Amino acid i looked at. Best of all, the bag was 20 BUCKS. i didnt buy it bc i already bought ON but does anyone know anything about this??????? Please tell me |
