This is the weirdest stuff I have ever used. I took the first bottle as prescribed at 3 tabs/day and went from 187 to 195 (see previous post). I estimate that about 5 lbs was muscle and 3 lbs fat. I gained about ½ in on each arm and my waist increase about ½” also. On my second bottle I decided to increase the dosage to 4 tabs/day. I am nearly finished with my second bottle and my weight has dropped to 192, however my arms have continued to grow another ½” and I have lost about a ½” off of my waist line with a noticeable increase in hardness and vascularity. Yesterday I ordered my third bottle along with a bottle of Venom Lean Dreams and Venom Special Tactics. I will let you know the results in about three weeks. The only side effect has been slight lethargy which has increase with dosage. Hopefully, Venom Special Tactics with help to offset this problem. |
